  • For Retail orders over R2000.00, Velotex delivers FREE throughout South Africa by either courier, post office or collection point deliveries, depending on where you are based.
  • For Retail orders under R2000.00, Velotex charges a standard, non-refundable delivery fee of R230.00.
  • During checkout, the buyer indicates where in South Africa you require delivery and based on your delivery address and postal code, Velotex will indicate which local delivery options are available (courier, post office, or to a collection point). 
  • During checkout, the buyer may alternatively indicate your preference to collect your purchase from Velotex during regular business hours. 

Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery timeframes for standard delivery depend on your delivery address, postal code and selected delivery
  • Please note that during high volume periods like seasonal sales, Black Friday or Cyber Monday Velotex reserves the right to extend their delivery timeframes.
  • Delivery takes place during office hours and the shopper cannot select the exact delivery date or time.
  • There are no deliveries after hours, over weekends or on public holidays. Please take this into consideration when selecting your delivery address. 

 

Failure to Deliver

  • Courier Delivery: In the case of courier delivery, your parcel will be delivered to the address you specified in the checkout process. If nobody is present at the address at the time of delivery, our courier will make a second attempt to deliver on the next working day. If at that time there is still no one to sign for the parcel, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed, given that the courier has attempted delivery on two occasions. Note: A R100 retry fee will be charged to Velotex on the 2nd attempt (as per Cloud logistics).
  • Post Office Delivery: In the case of post office delivery, your order will be delivered to the post office nearest to your address within the postal code you selected. If the parcel is not collected within 30 days of it being delivered to the post office, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method which was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed.
  • Collection Point Delivery: In the case of a collection point delivery, your order will be delivered to your selected pick up point. If the parcel is not collected within 14 calendar days of being delivered, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method that was used for the order. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed.
  • Collection Delivery: In the case of a collection delivery, your order will be prepared for your, or your shipper’s or duly authorised party’s collection from Velotex. If the parcel is not collected within 14 calendar days of being prepared, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse and a return will be processed for the goods. You will be refunded in the same payment method that was used for the order.
  • Custom and Special Orders: Refunds only apply to ready-made retail products in our online store. No custom or special orders will be refunded, regardless of delivery method. Should a delivery fee have been charged on the order, this will not be reimbursed.

Collection delivery will take place at the following address only:

Order Returns

All returns must be requested from www.velotex.com/pages/returns.

  • Select a convenient delivery method.
  • Attach a copy of your invoice.

Please note only counter to counter (standard postage) shipping will be reimbursed and we do not reimburse insurance paid.  Please note that we're unable to reimburse parcels returned via Speed Services, Postnet or any courier service.

Please return your items in the original packaging in which your order was delivered and with all the labels intact. Alternatively, place the items inside a clean plastic bag and seal securely. Post the parcel to the following address:

Send a copy of the waybill or receipt to returns@velotex.co.za along with your banking details, in order for us to refund* you for the item cost and return postage.
