Is my logo in the correct file format?
For detailed sublimation printing results, an original PDF, Illustrator, Photoshop, Coral Draw, .EPS or what is known as an "open file" is preferred. Should you only have a .jpeg or .png file available, we cannot guarantee crisp detail results. Should you require a Logo Redraw, please contact info@velotex.co.za for assistance.
How to create your own typed logo:
- Open a blank Word Document.
- Increase your font size to fill your entire page with the copy you would like on your garment or design.
- Save your document as a PDF.
- Rotate the image to obtain the desired direction of your text logo on the garment or design, even should mirrored, flipped or upside down text be required.
- Upload your PDF on to our DYO Platform.
DESIGN & COLOURS
Can I add my own Pantone Colours?
Yes, via our bespoke service but not on our DYO platform which offers a wide range of 64 colours you may select from.For unique pantone colours, please contact us at info@velotex.co.za and a Trusted Advisor will guide you through our bespoke custom service.
Will VeloteX match my chosen Garment Colours and Logo Colours?
If the same colours run throughout logo and garment or design, artists discretion will lead to aligning these colours for ultimate visual appeal.
Can VeloteX design a Custom garment for me?
Yes! Please contact us at info@velotex.co.za and a Trusted Advisor will be in touch to assist with your bespoke full custom design requests.
Can I get an entire Kit/ Apparel Range to match?
Yes! You can design your entire sporting kit on our Design Your Own platform. Should you not find an item you are looking for, or if you are looking for a collection of matching Items, contact us at info@velotex.co.za and a Trusted Advisor will guide you through our Bespoke Custom service which includes Full Corporate Wardrobes & Team, School, Charity Apparel Partnerships & Sponsorship Contribution Partnerships.
Additional side note:
- We will use artist's discretion should elements or colours within the design not work together or need tweaking, thus ensuring increased logo legibility and brand exposure
- Your final Design may differ slightly to what is depicted on your screen, which is due to screen colour variations on different devices
- Variances in layout may occur across a multiplicity of sizes when using the same image as our design templates are depicted as a men's size medium

How do I know what my size is?
PleaseCLICK HEREto access our sizing charts.Is there a minimum or maximum number of Jerseys needed in a Custom order?No! We will print as few as one, or any quantity you may require.We offer a decreasing price tier as order numbers increase.

How long will my order take to be delivered?
Our production turn around is one (1) month from date of purchase - provided that art work is received in the correct format.Should you require an earlier lead time please contact us at info@velotex.co.za and a Trusted Advisor will guide you through our Bespoke Custom and Priority Custom services.
