Telesales Representitive

Are you a dynamic, young go-getter with a passion for sports and sales? Velotex is on the hunt for energetic, confident, and results-driven Tele Sales Representatives to boost our in-house sales team in Observatory, Cape Town. You'll be part of our vibrant team, engaging with customers over the phone to drive sales and make a real impact.

What You'll Do:

You'll be the voice of Velotex, selling our high-quality Cycling, Corporate, Triathlon, Running, Jockey Apparel, and Medical Scrubs. Your role is to reach out to potential clients, boost sales, and bring our top-notch gear to sports enthusiasts, corporate clients, and professionals in the medical and beauty industries alike.

 

Are You a Fit for Our Team?

  • Successful directly related track record
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to instantly build rapport with customers
  • Able to promote and sell a wide range of products from bespoke Corporate Wardrobes, to Medical Scrubs via Technical Sports Apparel and related goods into a wide of customer base including: Trade, Corporate, Teams, Clubs, Schools, Medical Practitioners and Charities
  • A commitment to excellent Customer Service
  • Computer competency in applications including Word, Excel, Outlook and Pastel
  • Full understanding of and participation in company Social Media drive

 

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Meet and exceed Sales Objectives and Targets
  • Call & canvas customers to establish needs and promote products and services
  • Generate leads, canvas and continuously prospect
  • Introduce personal contacts and prospects
  • Do 2 external promotions per Annum
  • Closely adhere to company Modus Operandi Call Roster and systems
  • Maintain Weekly/Monthly/Annual Sales Report
  • Attend weekly Sales Meeting
